Terms

Last updated 28 July 2026

nolby has not launched. There is no service to subscribe to, nothing to pay for, and no account to hold. These terms cover this website as it stands today; a proper service agreement will replace them before anybody can sign up or be charged.

Using this site

You may read it, share it, and quote it. Please do not scrape it wholesale, attempt to break it, or use it to send other people’s email addresses to our waitlist.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is not a contract, an order, or a reservation. It means we will email you when nolby launches. You can be removed at any time by emailing support@nolby.co.

The founding offer

We intend to offer a limited number of lifetime plans to people on the waitlist when we launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell one, and nothing here obliges us to run it. When it exists it will have its own terms, and those are what will bind us.

What we will say now, and hold ourselves to: if we sell a lifetime plan, the feature set included at the point of sale is included permanently. We are not going to move features out of a plan somebody has already bought and sell them back as an upgrade.

What we say about other products

Our comparison pages describe competitors’ pricing and features. We check those claims against each company’s own published information and show the date we checked. Prices change and we may be wrong or out of date.

If you find something inaccurate — particularly if you work at one of the companies described — email support@nolby.co and we will correct it. All trademarks and product names belong to their owners, and their use here is for identification and comparison only.

No warranty

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, correct, or up to date, and we are not liable for anything you do on the strength of it. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
