Get your board live

Create a board, paste one script tag, and start collecting feedback. About five minutes.

You need three things live before anyone can leave you feedback: a board, a way to reach it, and a status set you are happy to publish.

1 · Make a board

A board is a product or an audience. If you sell one product, you want one board — not one per kind of feedback. Sorting bugs from feature requests is what categories are for, and they work inside a single board.

Boards are unlimited on every paid plan, so the only reason to make a second one is that it genuinely has its own roadmap, its own changelog, or its own audience.

2 · Paste the script tag

On Install you will find two snippets. The first renders the board wherever you put the tag. The second adds a launcher — a button in the corner that opens the board over your page — which is the one to use if your site has nowhere sensible to put a board.

Both are the same bundle. Neither needs a build step.

3 · Decide what the public sees

Your statuses are the columns on your public roadmap, and you name them. Mark the ones you are happy for customers to see; anything unmarked stays internal to triage.

That is the whole setup. Your customers can post and vote without making an account, so there is nothing else for them to do either.
