The people on your boards

Who voted, posted and commented, what each person has done, and how to erase somebody who asks.

People in your workspace is your audience: everyone who has voted, posted or commented on one of your boards. It is not your team — colleagues with a seat are on Members, and nobody from there appears here.

Signed in, and not signed in

Most rows say Not signed in, and that is normal. Voting on a nolby board needs no account, so the identity column tells you how somebody is recognised rather than whether they bothered.

Somebody appears with a name and address when they have proved one — a six-digit code, or your own sign-in if you use single sign-on. An address that was typed into a form and never confirmed is never shown, because an unproved address is not a fact about anybody.

Narrowing the list

Search by name or address, and filter by how somebody signed in. Both stay in the address bar, so a filtered list is a link you can send to a colleague or keep in a tab.

One person

Open a row for everything that person has done on your boards — their posts, their comments and their votes, with the board and current status of each.

This is more than their public page shows. A held post is marked Held, an internal comment Internal, a removed one Removed; none of the three is visible to anyone else.

Forgetting somebody

If somebody asks you to erase them, open their row and press Forget this person.

The dialog tells you exactly what will go before you confirm: their name, their address, their picture, the link that would let us recognise them again, and any changelog subscription at that address.

What they wrote stays. Their posts, comments and votes remain on your boards under the anonymous name, with their votes still counted. Erasing the person does not rewrite your roadmap or lose the evidence for a decision you made.

Afterwards their row reads Anonymous, their public page stops existing, and their address is off your changelog list. It cannot be undone — if they come back they are a new person.

A subscription at the same address on a different workspace is untouched. This is your record of them, not a global one.

Owners and admins only. A moderator can read both screens and cannot erase anybody.
